Rock Climbing is mentally and physically challenging, and requires balance, strength, endurance, and agility on the part of the climber. There are many types/styles of rock climbing, which are variously suited to different environments and skill levels. Our adventure programs focus primarily on top-rope climbing, which maximizes safety and is appropriate for beginners. Participants will have the opportunity to climb routes of varying difficulty, where the goal is simply to reach the top and touch the anchor. Along the way, they will learn rock climbing technique and rope skills, and hopefully overcome any fear of heights!
